What payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, Afterpay, Visa, and Mastercard payments.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been fulfilled and is in transit with our delivery partner, we’ll send you an email containing all your tracking information.
Can I return or exchange my product?
VUSH can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products or if the product you received is deemed to be faulty. If you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch and someone from our team will assist you directly.
If I Forget To Add A Discount Can It Be Applied Once The Order Is Confirmed?
Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent out, we are unable to cancel it or make changes.
Shipping
How long will shipping take?
All orders are sent with Express Shipping (yay!). Order before 2pm ADST for same day Dispatch Monday to Friday.Your order should be safely in your arms within 1-3 business days with Express Shipping. All orders arrive discreetly; no labels, descriptions, or any other telltale signs for nosy neighbours.
How much will shipping cost?
Vush offers free shipping on all orders (yay!) All customs and import fees that your region may control are your responsibility, we are unable to cover these fees or taxes.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
It’s what’s on the inside that counts. All our orders are sent in plain parcel packaging (think of the most basic parcel you can imagine) without any logos or branded labels. Our discreet packaging is especially perfect if you live with housemates, family or snoopy neighbours (we see you, Helen) so dw - they won’t blink an eye when your order is delivered!

Do I need a partner to play?
Given the intimate and spicy nature of the cards, this pack IS designed for partners. However there's no rules beyond that; it could be anything from a new relationship in need of a gentle nudge to break down initial intimacy barries or a long term partnership looking to mix things up and re-ignite the spark. 2 weeks or 20 years it's never too early or too late to be exploring shaking things up in the bedroom, connection and intimacy.
Is the game designed to only be played one time?
Not at all - Although the scratch off cards can only be scratched once they can be added to the back of the deck and used again later simply by turning the cards face down and choosing at random. The shake up cards - although designed to only be redeemed once in the first round - can be played over and over, you can switch each players icon to each experience the other deck.
What if i don't want to do the revealed challenge?
This game is designed to be played with enthusiastic consent and open communication in mind! We encourage all players to try to be as open and curious as possible to exploring new things - however this shouldn’t come at the expense of anyones boundaries. If any of these challenges make either player feel uncomfortable, simply skip to the next card. Each of the Shake Up card packs also come with an opt out card.
How do we play?
1. Grab your challenge companion:
Whether a casual partner, together for 2 weeks, 2 years, or a lifetime, the VUSH Challenge is built for any kind of intimacy level. So grab that partner, and let's get spicy.
2. Set the Scene:
Dedicate time for each other (we like to think of this as the perfect date night activity). Create a cozy or sensually stimulating environment, as the mood suggests. Pour yourselves a drink and switch on that ambient lighting.
3. Shake it Up:
Begin by each taking a deck of 'Shake Up' cards – keep your cards a secret from your partner, as each deck is different! Familiarize yourself with your new arsenal, so you'll know a good opportunity to "shake things up" when you see it.
4. Scratch Your Challenge:
Gauge your current vibe and pick a card spice level that resonates. Anticipate the thrill as you scratch off and reveal your joint mission.
